Where can I contact you regarding any enquiries or to provide feedback?
If you have and enquiry or feedback you can do so using our contact us page on our website. If you would like to provide a review you can do so on the product page of the item you purchased.
How will I know if you have received my order ?
Once we have received notification of your order and payment you will receive an email advising that payment has been received. Your order will be processed by our warehouse team and packed ready for shipment. Once your item is shipped you will receive a confirmation email advising that your order has left our warehouse and your unique tracking number. The process generally takes 24 to 48 hrs. If you don't receive the emails please check your spam and junk folders.
How do I track my delivery ?
You will receive your unique tracking number by email advising that your shipped has left our warehouse. A list of our shipping partners can located at the bottom of our home page under shipping.
What shipping partners do you use for delivery ?
We ship with multiple couriers to provide the most efficient delivery services at the most reasonable price. On delivery of you shipment a signature will be required to confirm the shipment has been received.
We have an integrated shipping system with our warehouse team and all shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Many of our items offer free shipping.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive ?

Can I exchange or cancel an item that was purchased ?Once an Order is placed, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable subject to our Warranty and Returns policy. However, an Order may be cancelled within five (5) minutes of being placed and if the Order is successfully cancelled there will be an alert to that effect. If the Order is received by our office management system or warehouse management system, you will need to contact the customer service team for return to sender and a restocking fee of 10% of the total price (including shipping) will be deducted from the refund.
Where are my items shipped from?
Home Culture ships from multiple locations in Australia, however we do our upmost to ship your products as quickly as possible.
Do you sell to the commercial trade and accept bulk orders?
Yes we do ! please contact us through our contact page and we shall get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
I have not received my tracking number ?
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your unique tracking number, if you do not receive your tracking number within this time frame please contact us using our contact page.
